This is EXACTLY WHAT I EAT DAILY. NO Acceptance ever!
I have spent the last 90 days going through a complete detox ON A LEVEL MOST CAN’T fathom. During this time I’ve been HEAVILY criticized and labeled as having an eating disorder. I fully understand that 3 protein shakes totaling 480 calories coupled with about 70 calories of fruit and another 15 from supplements sounds absolutely crazy. Most people consume my daily total of 565 on on sitting. The average American including men, women, and children consumes 3,600. However this entire project is being over seen by team of medical professionals.. I have regular lab work done to ensure safety and I’v actually improved body systems across the board. My liver for instance is operating at 98%. About 2% of the population has a liver working with that effectively when I started this my liver was performing at about 70%

- Nicotinamide Riboside Hyd Malate 500 mg
- Quercetin phytosome 250 mg
- Trans-Resveratrol 150 mg
- Acetyl-L-Carnitine 500 mg
- TMG 500 mg
- NAC 600 mg
- Collagen 6000 mg (first half)
- Lutein 20 mg + Zeaxanthin 4 mg
- Wait 30 minutes
06:00 AM – Breakfast
Premier Protein shake #1
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries eaten straight or lightly thawed)
- Folate 1,333 mcg + Folic Acid 800 mcg
- Creatine monohydrate 1.5 g (2 caps)
- Fish oil (EPA 600 mg + DHA 400 mg)
- CoQ10 as Ubiquinol 400 mg
- Turmeric Root 95% curcuminoids 50 mg
- PQP (pyrroloquinoline) 20 mg
- Blk Pepper Extract (Std.to 95% piperine 5mg
B-Complex (1 softgel) - Day A only (every other day): Vitamin D3/K2 (fat-supported) + Pterostilbene 100 mg (monitor LDL/ApoB)
Day B: skip D3/K2 and pterostilbene
Unmodified Potato Starch 3 tbsp
09:30 AM – ALA block (kept away from minerals)
- Alpha-Lipoic Acid 300 mg
- 10:30 AM – Electrolytes + Probiotic
- Water 12oz 1/8tsp iodized salt
- Potassium bicarbonate 510 mg
- Calcium citrate 600 mg
- Potassium gluconate 550 mg
- Probiotic Complex 1 capsule (>50 billion CFU, 10 strains)
12:30 PM – Lunch (Premier shake #2)
- Premier Protein shake #2
- Copper 3 mg
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries eaten straight or lightly thawed)
- 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries (must consume frozen)
01:30 PM – Iron block (single daily dose)
- Water 12oz
- Iron sublingual 5 mg (hold under tongue 2–5 minutes for best absorption)
- Vitamin C 500 mg
02:00 PM – Electrolytes
- Potassium bicarbonate 510 mg
03:30 PM – Fiber block
- Water 18oz (drink within 5 mins)
- Psyllium husk 2,400 mg + full glass of water
- Keep ≥2 hours away from other supplements/meds (NO EXCEPTIONS)
05:30 PM – Dinner (Premier shake #3)
- Premier Protein shake #3
- Creatine monohydrate 1500 mg
- Zinc 30 mg
- Collagen 6000 mg (second half)
- Sodium chloride tab
09:30 PM – Pre-bed
- Water 12oz 1/8tsp iodized salt
- Magnesium L-Threonate 2000 mg
- Elemental Magnesium 144mg
- Glycine 2000 mg
- L-Theanine 200 mg
- Calcium citrate 108 mg (elemental calcium)
