FAQ

FAQs

Is this medical advice

No. I share information for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I document personal experimentation and data interpretation. Any health decisions should be made with a licensed healthcare professional.

Can I follow the same supplements, tests, or routines shown here

No. I am not recommending that anyone copy what I do. What I share reflects my personal experience and data. What works for one person may not be appropriate or safe for another. Please consult your physician before starting, changing, or stopping any supplement, medication, test, or wellness practice.

Why do you document personal experiments publicly

Because most wellness claims are made without showing process, limitations, or uncertainty. I publish experiments to make the methodology visible and to show how data driven wellness testing can be structured, measured, and interpreted over time.

Do you accept paid sponsorships or endorsements

No. I do not accept payment in exchange for coverage, rankings, or favorable reviews. Some companies may provide products at no cost for evaluation. When that happens, I disclose it clearly, and it does not influence how results are documented or discussed.

Are healthcare professionals involved

Yes, in an oversight capacity focused on safety and responsible interpretation. Their role is to help ensure experiments remain within reasonable boundaries. Their involvement does not constitute endorsement of any product, protocol, or outcome.

What kind of data do you track

Depending on the experiment, I may track biomarkers, lab results, wearable metrics, and observational notes. The specific data I track can change over time as the project evolves.

How often do you repeat tests or experiments

There is no fixed schedule. I repeat testing based on the purpose of the experiment, safety considerations, and practicality. I prioritize long term tracking and trend analysis over short term results.

What happens when results are unclear or negative

I document unclear, neutral, and negative results openly. I do not filter outcomes to fit a narrative. Uncertainty and lack of effect are part of honest experimentation.

Can I ask you for personal advice or recommendations

No. I do not provide individualized advice, treatment plans, or recommendations. Questions about your health should always be discussed with a licensed healthcare professional.

Who is this project for

This project is for people who value transparency, documentation, and evidence over hype. If you want to better understand wellness data and see how experiments are designed and evaluated, you are in the right place.
