About Us

MyBioHackJourney is a personal, independent wellness project I built to answer a simple question. What actually changes when health decisions are guided by measurement instead of assumptions.

I created this platform after years of hearing wellness advice that sounded confident but was rarely documented. Supplements were recommended. Protocols were promoted. Outcomes were implied. Very little was measured, and even less was explained in a way that helped people make clearer decisions.

MyBioHackJourney exists to do the opposite. This is where I make the process visible, document the data, and say the quiet part out loud when something is uncertain or inconclusive.

Why This Exists

If you have ever tried to improve your health, you have probably felt it. The noise. The conflicting advice. The constant trends. The marketing that makes everything sound essential. I built this project to reduce that confusion and replace it with something more honest.

Instead of giving instructions or universal recommendations, I document what I am testing, why I am testing it, and how results are evaluated over time. The goal is not to provide answers for everyone. The goal is to create clarity through documentation.

How the Project Works

Everything on MyBioHackJourney follows a defined structure. I plan experiments intentionally. Biomarkers and wearable data establish baselines and track change. Confounding factors like sleep, illness, travel, and stress are noted when relevant. Interpretation stays conservative and grounded in what the data can reasonably support.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. I do not provide diagnoses, treatment plans, or individualized guidance. Any health related decisions should always be made with a licensed healthcare professional.

Independence and Transparency

This project is independent by design. I do not accept payment for coverage, rankings, or favorable reviews. Some companies may provide products at no cost for evaluation. When that happens, I disclose it clearly, and it does not influence how results are documented or discussed. Transparency is the foundation of this project. If something works, I document it. If it does not, I document that too. If the data is unclear, I say so.

Safety and Oversight

Where appropriate, licensed healthcare professionals provide oversight focused on safety and responsible interpretation. Their role is to help ensure experiments remain within reasonable boundaries and that results are discussed carefully and accurately. Their involvement does not constitute endorsement of any product, protocol, or outcome.

Who This Is For

MyBioHackJourney is for people who want to understand wellness through evidence rather than influence. It is for analytical thinkers, professionals tired of hype driven health content, and anyone who values documentation, restraint, and transparency. If you want to see how data driven wellness experiments are designed, tracked, and evaluated, you are in the right place.
